Challenge:
Today Betta Electrical Stores Ltd services the needs of more than 350
retail stores, through a network of 260 Betta Electrical licensee’s and
almost 100 independent retailers. They were faced with the challenge of
launching a new customer service program across all their franchises.
The launch of the program was to be at their Australasian Conference in
Christchurch NZ. The program was to be consistent across all stores and
had to be flexibly delivered. Each employee was to be mentored by individual
store managers. All documents and case studies were all particular to
Betta Electrical.
Solution:
The Betta Electrical Stores Ltd team customised four Crisp books to ensure
their Managers mentored their employees in a well rounded customer service
program. Betta Electrical Stores were happy to provide their Franchisors
with a Business Development program, with a consistent look and feel and
case studies from the company. Franchisors were happy with the simple
straightforward nature of the customised Crisp books and were confident
in mentoring employees. Employees enjoyed learning more and improved service.
